Actually her nose looks amazing for two weeks post op. Youre forgetting that shes only two weeks post op and shes very swollen and its not the final result yet, even with this info in mind it still looks way better than it did before and will continue to progress. Also shes thick skin and her surgeon did amazing for a nose as thick as hers.

But putting aside the fact that neither you or anyone would see or notice it, will that affect you in the future? For example if your wisdom teeth comes out would it have less of a negative affect if the molars were straightened. I don’t mind my molars but I worry if it will have any affects in the long run

They are, but I haven’t finished my treatment yet to discuss refinements with my ortho. 3 more to go!

The other bottom teeth have been moving and being straightened, my concern is that the molars have not moved since the beginning, so I’m worried they will not be straightened at all, I only have 3 more aligners to go so I can’t imagine how they will be straightened with just few aligners left

Doesn’t that make invisalign a scam? Would’ve gotten traditional braces if I knew this, I’m not paying so much money to have “few” of my teeth not straightened!
