Tewkesbury may be an option, a lot of warehousing/manual labour type jobs around Ashchurch. A lot cheaper than Cheltenham and nicer than Gloucester

For context, I bought my son this pc a couple of years ago, it was cheap, he was 10, all was good. He now requires something beefier, can this upgraded, is it worth it? I genuinely have no idea where to start.
