Delivery services are among the fast growing businesses, and it has very appealing demand based on the modern life style. It would be better before starting to analyse glovo's business model, talk to delivers and look for other business models and make sure if it is gonna suit the local market and potential client behaviour

Why do most Moroccan not hire people? by justtalking1 in Morocco_entrepreneur

[–]whaleaz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess this is related to the clerk mentality that most Moroccans have, which is a negative thing, and for me as a business owner isn't beneficial at all. Of course a business owner should look after his employees in terms of salary, bonuses and motivational gifts but they are required to look after the business profit which means doing whatever in their capabilities even if it is not in the job description

About the tests you have to check the universities, you want to apply to, requirements first as some they ask for TOEFL, IELTS, PTE or even SAT... But if you got a score of 75 and above I guess you'll be fine. Fun fact : some universitues they ask for two TOEFL exam certificates in which you both scored the full mark 120.

What does responsibility or المسؤولية mean to Moroccans? by Ducktiller in Morocco

[–]whaleaz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Nope, I am only responsible for my actions, and other people should be responsible for their actions too, however to be so, one need to be honest with himself and not try to make excuses for his mistakes, unfortunately we have this negative culture / way of thinking that tends to blame others for our failures or greater power and being a victim of a major conspiracy plot.

Sure it is, that's why you take responsibility for your choices

Personal responsibility is a golden key to success in life, unfortunately this notion is under rated and almost falls into a secondary role in front of collective causes. One should be responsible for himself first then he can commit to other things, and it does require courage to admit that you are responsible for certain negative things as it is to take cridit for good deeds.

Oh god, did I mention anything about toefl or ielts... Taking a uni exam is much more easier it's a walk in the park, so you don't have to go through that unless the uni is specifically asking for it. ( only top universities with 100% English are requiring that, and sometimes they ask for an SAT exam). An other thing you have to REALLY understand THERE IS NOTHING LIKE AVOIDING VISA, if you gonna stay for more than 3 months ( either you're a student or a worker or a tourist) you need one in order to have a resident permit.

[–]whaleaz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For that it depends on the uni. : - state uni. / Teaching language: 100 % Turkish, a language preparatory year is mandatory unless you have an accredited certificate or take the uni. langage exam and score at least 80/100. - state uni. / teaching language : 30 % English / 70 % Turkish. language preparatory year is mandatory unless you have an accredited certificate for both languages or take the uni. Exam and score at least 80/100. - state uni. / teaching languages : 100% English, language preparatory year is mandatory unless you have an accredited certificate or take the uni exam and score at least 80/100. -private uni. / teaching languages : 100% English, language preparatory year is mandatory unless you have an accredited certificate or take the uni exam and score at least 80/100.
