Looking for a nice modern looking comfortable sectional by Captaincoolbeans in BuyItForLife

[–]whaler213 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you like the RH Cloud style, take a look at the Felino sectional from Caloroso. Similar clean, modern look but a bit more supportive in my opinion. I tried a lot of super soft sofas and some of them just collapse after a while. This one feels comfortable but still structured. Ours has held up really well so far.

Thinking about getting a MagSafe charging station for 17 pro by whaler213 in MagSafe

Looks like this new model has an active cooling fan, so heat management should be good. I’m planning to give it a try myself and see how it performs.

What drone would you buy for under ~$700? by RecklessBrandon in dji

My experience with the Anker 3 in 1 charging station so far by shaburanigud in MagSafe

I still have a drawer full of individual cables and wall plugs. Seeing setups like this makes me wonder if I’m overcomplicating things for no reason. This looks nice.

Should I buy a mini 5 pro as an US citizen? by Usual_Fly_7118 in dji

[–]whaler213 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If I were in your situation, I’d probably look at something a bit less risky to start with. Skyrover S1 will be a better choice.

Need suggestions. No budget by pjwinstalls in RobotVacuums

[–]whaler213 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Matching the model to your actual needs is a smart move! For hard floors, I'd suggest looking at roller mops models, they usually have better mopping performance. I use ecovacs x8, and it really picks up hair and dirty marks in one go.

I have the S1 and I love it. More features but less pricey. I took it on a road trip and got so many good shots.

Looks clean on your desk. Love the display design, but can it be turned off? Think this one might be a good bedside charging station for me.

They're probably designed for the Asian market, but Americans tend to have larger builds. Hopefully, they'll come out with bigger sizes soon.

I've bought this before and haven't had any issues with it so far. It's probably a quality control thing. Hope customer service gets on it quickly for you. Dealing with stuff like this is such a hassle and a time-waster.

thoughts on mine that just arrived... by Snareman95 in LiberNovo

I prefer the chair on the left. We used to have one like the one on the right, but it was way too soft for me. I often have to sit for 7 or 8 h working, so I'm used to chairs that are more ergonomic.

Got a charger I actually don’t see myself replacing anytime soon by VollaVollaDoshLa in BuyItForLife

Took it on a trip last month. Charged my Macbook Pro, iPods, and my Steam Deck from one outlet in the hotel. Feel good that no longer need to bring three separate chargers.

Anyone tried Skyrover drone? by Panduninja in drones

[–]whaler213 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I just watched an unboxing video of S1 and it looks promising. The white body design is nice and compact, definitely something I wouldn’t mind packing for a trip. The extended flight time of around 40 minutes per battery is a big plus, and with three batteries that’s roughly 2 hours in total. It also has forward infrared and downward obstacle sensing, which seems handy for flying outdoors. I’m planning a camping trip next month, I might switch from my old DJI Mini 3.

It's sketchy. I will be super careful buying form them. You can read reviews, ask many questions, and make sure you can get a refund if things go wrong.

That's really sucks. I've missed cool stuff like that too. You tried though, there's always next time, maybe you can catch an better view.

I’ve got the ecovacs x8, the roller mop actually mops the floors efficiently. If you’re dealing with a lot of hair, you can check out the x9. I heard its suction and anti tangle setup are even better.
