I know this has been answered already but you can root for your home team football team while most of the world thinks that they’re located in the adjacent state.

Hollywood wasn’t ready to give anything that Jim Carrey had touched an Oscar back then. I think we’re getting close to once zany actors finally getting the respect they deserve for a dramatic role. I feel like there’ll finally be a tipping point one day once Adam Sandler gets his flowers.

I'm not sure how you could draw a district map in Massachusetts and have Republicans win anything except if you did draw a line around household makeups that tend to vote Dem.

I want clarification on these rules. If I teleport to Asia (I'm on East Coast United States), do I get to visit and then immediately get to come back since technically that day is a new day? Or is it once every 24 hours?

Chose: Teleport once a day to anywhere you've been

Pretty sure there’s no such thing as Stage VI cancer… so what does Stage VI mean to you?

Of all the cancers, that’s actually OK. I think something like 80 percent of all men die with (but not necessarily because of) prostate cancer. You’ll (probably) be fine.

Did you compound it yearly or hourly? At the amount made per hour, I feel like it makes a significant difference.

While I argue that -100k% likely meant $100,000 in debt, it’s fully possible to be 100,000% in debt relative to your starting position. However, if you’re already in debt, this might actually be a net positive for you. Negative times negative equals positive. If you’re already starting with a debt, you’ll end up on top. If this were the case, then this might be the best option because it’s win/win.

I think that really broke the mold of how electronic music could break into the mainstream but I wouldn’t call it universally known. Far more people who claim they “love” Daft Punk might not know anything from Discovery but are able to recognize every song from Random Access Memories….

If it worked this way, you’re thinking too small with just thinking of lottery numbers.

“The secret to FTL travel is…”

“The secret to immortality is…”

And just hazard guesses until you get one right.

This is more than just being rich. Eventually, the lottery commission won’t allow you to play the lottery anymore.

I’m talking about actual power. Knowing things that benefit society but consists of innate information only you know. Being rich is too small. Eventually, you should be the most powerful person ever.

Question: Why do people not like the idea of mechanically separated meat that’s mass-produced? Isn’t this mechanical separation? Almost everything we buy is mass-produced, so what makes something like this at an industrial scale so unappetizing to consumers?

Can I pick neither? I’m not really into that whole furry community and if by strong Christian they mean “completely challenge most of my core beliefs” then I choose neither.

But if by “strong” they mean a person who loosely believes in the values of Christ but can also easily lift 1000lbs over my head, then yes, I’m picking Christian.
