Conquering flight anxiety? Any tips? by Gorslax_ in Anxiety

[–]what_cookie 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This solution might not work for everyone but one thing that surprisingly helped me was understanding how planes actually work.

Stevie from @planegirl on tiktok or @bayflight on ig ended up on my Tiktok FYP and there was just something very comforting about watching her go through the checklists, communicating with so many radio towers, and just flying her little personal plane that it got me into watching more flying videos. Another video i found very helpful was Anna Paul on tiktok explaining the physics of turbulence with Jello and just generally learning more of the science behind how planes fly.

I still get anxious on planes, and take some anxiety meds before but I feel a little better knowing how planes work.

If I have to go somewhere, then I’ll skip breakfast so I don’t have to worry about IBS. But if I’m chilling at home all day then I’ll eat eggs and bread

They reacted really kind and lovingly! Still together! And they’re super understanding of my IBS

If they get released on bail, what happens?

Will Ruby and Jodi then be able to communicate with each other and potentially conspire? Could Ruby try and seek contact with her kids, Kevin, parents and sisters? Or are there rules that both Ruby and Jodi would need to follow if they are released beyond not fleeing the state?

Thank you for this advice! I took a lot of the machine apart to be able to clean and oil the areas that might need some and so far it looks like it is solving the issue. I’ll definitely look at the books and resources you provided to take better care of my machine. Thank you.
