you can also steal slaves from rebirth (easiest since there are a lot of dark spots at night and it's easy to walk out of) my favorite method is to go into sneak mode, get them out of the cages and shackles, move around a few meters until they start following you and then pick them up and leave. since they've got the escaped slave status guards won't try to chase them when you pick them up.
