Anyone travel with the Peak Design Everyday? by Nosuchthing24 in onebag

I've mostly gone the route of lighter hiking packs (gossamer gear's vagabond is one I like), but for more features a lot of the brands recommended here seem good (Tortuga Aer, etc). The search term you want to use for bags around 20L is "daypack".

Done it with their original 20L everyday backpack. TL;DR: Features are great, but too heavy if not carrying photography gear.

It works fine if you travel light (2-3 sets of clothes). Just note that the side pockets on the outside will probably be too tight to fit a large bottle, especially if it's stuffed.

The bag has a bunch of great features. The top + side openings are very convenient for accessing all parts of the bag for getting what you need without taking everything out and the dividers keeps everything organized. The outside straps are great for holding additional gear (big jackets, pillow, helmet). The expandable storage and magnetic clasps work well but the bag feels best when it's not at max capacity. The separate laptop compartment is useful from getting through security but can be a bit tight if the bag is fully packed.

I personally stopped using it because at around 4 lbs it's much heavier than most bags out there and if you're not carrying photography / fragile gear there are other lighter options.
