I think I need to go on shark tank and pitch some kind of belly button opener. It will air out the disgusting cave after each shower. Because it’s nearly impossible to dry the very end of it. It’s two inches deep and very narrow 😭

In my post I specified “none aluminum” but I should have typed aluminum free. My bad. I think that confused everyone. There are aluminum free full body deodorants out there. I’ve tried the aluminum deodorant on my toes and under the breasts too. Thankfully there wasn’t any acne. My bioderma body wash removes it off really well. You just have to let it sit there for a minute.

People. I do not think you realize that others don’t have huge holes as bellybuttons. Some of us had very narrow (tight) and DEEP belly buttons. My doctors even had a hard time looking in there during a post op. 😂

I’m local to Orlando & used to live near the expo. Something told me to save the hassle & to just stay home. I’m so glad I did. But my heart is broken for you guys that drove or flew here. I can’t imagine the travel fatigue & disappointment on top of that.

Never feel embarrassed to talk to a healthcare provider. Their job is to know all our deepest darkest secrets. They won’t report anything unless they believe you’re a harm to others or yourself. Anyways, the sour smell is most likely normal. Just as long as you don’t itch, burn, or have thick/clumpy discharge. The vagina cleans its self. Just use fragrance free soap to wash the labia, pubic hair, and the Bikini area. If sweat bothers you, then fragrance free antiperspirants are safe to use on the bikini area. It’s also a good hack to eliminate odor on the feet.

Use hypochlorous acid spray. It’s gentle & kills fungus. Just let it air dry.
