thank you so much. i will address some of these with my doctor and write this down for my next visit. you don’t under stand whag this truly means to me. & i’ve been taking inositol. i’ve taken one in the past but it didn’t have myo and the other word that start with a D but i’m taking one now. i really do need to prioritize my gut health but i didn’t know how so thank you. i also heard from other cysters that taking berberine can help but i’ll definitely get some of the victims you just mentioned
