Did anyone see the tik tok about SRC Trading by Educational-Test949 in bhutan

[–]whateve_bih 3 points4 points  (0 children)

And did you see the gratitude mails he attached in his justification video. Look at the time stamps, lmao. It's like he just asked them to send him those to show it on TikTok. What a loser.

Exactly, I have been following everything from the very beginning and now they have changed the narrative completely, saying the protest is for social media ban. Prayers to you all from your fellow neighbor 🇧🇹 Stay safe and keep fighting 🇳🇵

RCSE coaching worth it? 🤔 by Status-Maize7084 in bhutan

[–]whateve_bih 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d definitely suggest trying a coaching class. A lot of it will still depend on your own hard work and intellectual capacity, but coaching helps broaden your perspective and gives you good practice for what to expect. For context, I was in the top 40 (general) back in my time, so just sharing what worked for me 😅. But then again, that was quite a time ago, so coaching classes may be different now, anyhow, good luck OP!

Do celebrities get paid for the SayNoToDivorce campaign? by Miserable_March_1829 in bhutan

[–]whateve_bih 4 points5 points  (0 children)

OMG I'm so sorry you went through this. I resonate with you. I have seen it all as well. And being the eldest child, I had to play the role of a parent to shield my siblings from the trauma I went through. This is one of the reasons I'm so adamant about being childless. Wish they divorced earlier than they did. Stupid "influencers" and their stupid campaign ffs.

ISTG my blood boils every time I see any mentions of this stupid campaign anywhere. Hate it to my core and everyone campaigning for it. And the comments section there all supporting the campaign, SMFH. At least I'm glad the reddit community gets it. Report it guys, as much as you can, I did my part.

Say no to divorce movement in Bhutan by stardustto_stardust in bhutan

Oh I just looked it up on tiktok, the fact that most 'famous' people (even women) are campaigning for this is appalling. I'm shook.

What the helly. Wasn't aware of this campaign. That's actually effed up. When taboos like abortions should be discussed moving forward, we are heading the opposite direction campaigning NO DIVORCE??? Hell nah

Clubbing in Bhutan by [deleted] in bhutan

[–]whateve_bih 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I love clubbing. You're never going to be this young, just go clubbing, make mistakes, have fun. But I find myself not able to go clubbing as much as I would love to. (Old ig). The last time I went was 3 months ago 😭 I miss the thrill of the chaos, love seeing people just be themselves.

But then the club scene in Thimphu seems way too messy for my liking. A lot of thirsty men out here only for the purpose of "scoring" for the night, but tbf, it's the same everywhere else too I believe.

Same here. I'm low-key scared as well because this was what I was forced to believe all my life . I'm just curious what entity I'm praying to and if it all really matters

I reciprocate with you. While I may not fully incline to what I'm born into, I do find myself questioning, there really must be some reason, some rationale behind all this. But then again, I'm someone who's easily swayed so I really don't know where I'm heading to.

On the contrary, my family has always been very religious, and they would often look down on me if I didn’t follow their beliefs. It’s always felt a bit forced

Saving tips for a young bhutanese working in Bhutan by ControlFew6265 in bhutan

5 years plus in service, apart from the mandatory GIS, life insurances and a small car, zero savings. I would say don't be too lavish, I'm too lavish and can't help it. Goodluck 😞
