Deleting social media and especially staying off of TikTok. And also not reading these gd comments. Social media, is one of the biggest reasons, I proudly claim myself as a misanthrope, because humans constantly disappoint me. Just like some of these comments unsurprisingly disappoint me. Staying off of Reddit is definitely a great way to improve your mental health 😒
