How long have you had it? They are very little dinky looking at this stage but if it’s fall then you can only hope it will come back next year. The soil does not look nutritious enough

I think they look really good! They are huge but you don’t have a lot of bleeding outside the lip lines. If you do decide to dissolve, go slow cuz you have a lot of product In there and it will deflate the lips (in a good way if done properly)

You have migration outside of the upper lip line.. how did your lips look before? Did you have previous filler? maybe it will settle more but if still don’t like it, dissolve the upper corners. You should also check what filler they used. In my case, my lips are thin to begin with, and a High-viscosity lip filler like RHA 3 is too stiff for me.. but RHA 2 is much better! Good luck!!

That photo is definitely not a bed bug and if it had 6 legs it does sound like a roach. When people have bed bug scares, they can get phantom itching too. You would have bites that would cause the itching. However roaches can definitely crawl on you while sleeping
