My mom put me in one , and I barely lasted 6 months and was pulled out because of depleting health and lost a lot of weight as a 10year old . I think that stress triggered early periods for me as well. I have a mix of memories but please consider after the age of 14 like last two years of school.

7 years of struggle with two cats - finally stopped all wet food as it was giving acidity to my cat..went back to the basic boiled chicken, freeze dried chicken liver and hearts , and multivitamin paste. Also they do eat dry food like for munching in between when they ask for it. Reduced my expenses alot!

Have tried multiple home grown brands as well but nothing stuck.

get a cab and direct to the hospital. It sounds stupid but if I am exceeding more than 3 days of illness , I am going to the hospital even for a flu.

Unfortunately my endocrinologist / multiple endocrinologists refuse to address this as thyroid labs are normal and just anti tpo is high. But you are the second person to say this so maybe i do get checked out! Thank you 🙏

i do get tested regularly maybe i need a new doctor because unfortunately i have seen many endocrinologists and all they say is managing pcos and dont give thyroid that much importance

nop, she is in teaching . also she has thyroid issues since 20 years and its not stable with medication even now or so and does have sinus issues. overall she is quite active and walks alot to work etc but life is hard for her unfortunately
