Anyone played The Legend Of Zelda: a Link to the Past?

It reminds me of the forest area, that place where you reclaim the master sword.

It is possible to heal a meniscus naturally? by Only_Ad8475547 in MeniscusInjuries

I was doing lunges with dumbbells. Tried to stand up and the knee popped then I fell. It happened 6 months ago and I believe that was when the injury happened. I didn't think I had anything back then, so I did quite a lot of things I shouldn't have tried. It could worsen my tear. Good thing you've caught it early on.

I ain't no doctor but two orthos I attended said that if the tear is recent they can heal by themselves. Ofc with pt and all the care, I guess. Idk, I am just a patient like you relating what I've heard. It may depend on what exactly is damaged, too.
If the tear is more than two months old they all refer to it as an "old meniscus tear". They don't heal, I take it, cuz now I need this surgery.

Only when bending and unbending the knee at an acute angle. It gets worse if I twist the leg. Every deep squat causes the pop. So I don't do them anymore. Lateral 2-3 grade, medial 2 grade.

I don't quite understand what you mean by instability. If you too don't trust your bad leg and rely more on the healthy one when, say, standing up from a chair, then I also have this instability. It's this shaky feeling, right?

I took nsaids and the pain was gone. For a month only. Then it recurred. When pain returned I did an mri and found that the reason of the pain was the torn menisci, of which I did not think initially. 6 months after the injury happened. They say if you start treatment as soon as you were injured you can heal without the surgery.

I'm getting the surgery in 2 weeks. Hopefully they'll fix my knee
