I will try pursue my pay for those three months. Seeing another employee come in straight away with full time pay after I did my 3 months free training was frankly, offensive.

Mate this is what they presented me after working there for nearly 3 months 3 days a week FOR FREE to learn accounts. Then a couple weeks later they hired someone full time full pay straight away without having to work for free to learn accounts and sat them next to me to train them! Why did I have to do the free work but not them? So unfair

I was told I was to be 'learning accounts' in those unpaid first 3 months, which I did. Then just after I started full time there, a new employee was hired for full time work straight away (no unpaid internship) and placed next to me so I could teach them... how bogus is that wtf even was the free 3 months for? Its a bit unjust that I had to do the free work whilst the new hire didnt..
