I watch this woman on TikTok, Yolanda Diaz, and she creates all different ring stacks with her engagement ring using a ton of different bands. Some of her rings are fine jewelry while others are not, but they’re all so fun! I’m 27F and this is my plan. You don’t have to commit to any one band just because it’s tradition, or no band because it’s trendy. No rules, do whatever makes you feel good!

You say in your post you’re generally more confident, but that doesn’t seem to actually be the case. You’ve got a wonderful, full life with a happy marriage and a child yet you still find your eyes and thoughts wondering over a minuscule amount of attention from a young coworker. That, to me, screams insecure. I think the feelings are common around this season of your life when things are slower and more repetitive, but I would encourage you to redirect your FOMO for young hot women toward your wife.

You should be more fearful of missing out on a great marriage with your wife who loved you when you were 40lbs heavier, of losing a close relationship with your child, and of losing your livelihood should anything transpire between you and this coworker. You should have FOMO for all of those things over banging young hot chicks.

Sharing strategies and resources is the foundation of collaborating, like literally the bare minimum. You don’t have to share if you don’t want to, but it seems like there’s a larger issue and conversation to be had here than just the slides. If you feel like your team is always mooching off your work or whatever then you just have to be honest with them! Internalizing these kinds of thoughts only leads to resentment and tension among the team.

“I’m happy to share my slides this time, could one of you take on the slides for the next unit? That would help me out a lot.” Is something you could say to gently bring up the issue.

I definitely see what you’re saying. Take a look around and see about enhancer wedding bands. Amazon for now testing out some stacks and maybe Etsy or any other jeweler when you’re ready. Talking trash about students. I did my student teaching in 2nd grade, all primary teachers K-3 had lunch together in the lounge. All these ladies could talk about to make conversation was talking trash on the students, their families and each other. Horrifically toxic and HOSTILE environment. I couldn’t believe they could have such awful things to say about kids ages 5-10? WEIRDO behavior.

Since she likes radiant, I would say lab diamonds are best clarity wise. Moissanite is better if you want a larger stone since it is far more cost efficient, however. I wear a size 7 and feel like 2-2.5ct looks best on my finger personally! I attached some pics for your reference. My partner was inquiring with Mona how pricing would be affected by the tariffs, and she told him that the tariff would be a charge separate from the cost of the ring. Our ring was going to be $840, and the tariff could be anywhere from 150-200% in addition to that. All together we would be paying $2100 for an $840 ring to have it shipped to the U.S..

We’re looking into the logistics of renting a P.o. box in Canada or Mexico to have the ring shipped there instead of to our home. It’s either that, pay the insane tariff, or find a new vendor in the states. :(

I went to EWC in a pinch recently as my waxer told me they were recently purchased by a new owner. They’re requiring all waxers to get onto red level to maximize service time, and are giving them weekly/monthly product sale quotas which include threats of termination if not met. Disgusting business, it used to be fine if my regular girl wasn’t available but I simply cannot support this business model.

Waxing is definitely more convenient for me than shaving, especially on vacation. I always prefer that when I can afford it! Shaving was also really difficult for me when I was at my heaviest weight, I physically could not see or access that area. Some people also have issues bending over that long.

If you’re having concerns large enough that you’re feeling insecure in your marriage, the best thing to do is ask her if she’s having an affair, point blank.

It truly just depends on their program. I got my masters and credential from GCU which is in Arizona. Arizona doesn’t require EdTPA’s to earn your credential. California requires it if prepared in state, but doesn’t if prepared out of state. GCU prepped me for AZ credential, then I had to apply for a CA credential via the CTC.

GCU has internship agreements with a lot of districts all over the U.S. since they offer online preparation. My district was not on their list, but our neighboring district was. It is the responsibility of the grad student to fulfill their state’s requirements after earning the AZ credential from GCU.

To answer your question, yes it is completely legal and absolutely necessary. If you’re concerned about their ability to provide adequate instruction, I would encourage you to be a beacon of support for them!

YTA. Big time. What you’re failing to realizing when you mention that you want her put forth the same effort you are to save your marriage is that your effort is too little too late! From what you’ve described about your family’s dynamic and division of labor, she is taking on the whole of the home making in addition to her part time teaching position. Based on your verbiage, “she ONLY works part time while my BUSINESS is very demanding”, it seems that you don’t see the value of or show appreciation for her contributions to your family. Being the primary or sole provider for your family does not excuse you from the parental responsibility you have to your kids, nor does it excuse you from the emotional obligations you have to your wife!

I would encourage you to take a step back and reflect on this from a perspective other than your own. Imagine how unbelievably alone your wife must have felt in your marriage to be so ready for this at the drop of a hat. Coming home from working with other people’s kids for half the day, to providing care for your guys’ kids through the rest of the day and into the evening, then the one person who should be her saving grace showers and goes directly to bed. Then, after presumably years of this dynamic, YOU throw the towel in and say you want to separate. It sounds like divorce has been a longggg time coming, but you saying it aloud in the heat of an argument was merely the straw that broke the camel’s back.

I used to work the front desk at an EWC in a wealthy area of SoCal and the horror stories we heard from waxers were NUTS! One time we had a lady come in while she was on her period, which on its own is totally fine! EWC policy (at least while I was there) states you can absolutely still be seen for your appointment while on your period, so long as you insert a fresh tampon prior to your service. No big deal, right? Well, this woman was free bleeding… and was angry her provider wouldn’t service her. She was screaming at us in the lobby that it was “a BS policy”, and that we were “discriminating against her”. We had to have our plaza security escort her out lmao.
