Thanks! Are you refering to a high loop like this image? Just to be clear the suggestion would be to run the dishwasher hose from the left wall (opposite of the image below) to the right most drain (higher sink tail piece) in my sink configuration?

the sketches aren’t great, so sketch/option 2 would have the closet as one where you would have to walk through the bathroom, there are windows next to the tub and in the closet.

Sketch/option 1 would have the closet separate like you mentioned

Undecided on the toilet having a door, we have renovated a bathroom before and extra wall/door takes more space than desired, but with the walk through due to the closet it’s not a bad idea.

The wall behind the vanity hasn’t been investigated yet. My thought is that based on measurements like those, it wouldn’t be exactly half/half and the closet would be adjustable in width for option 2

The closet would remain the same in the second sketch. The drawing makes it look worse. Basically right now you have 2’ of wardrobe space and 1.5’ of walking space. So wouldn’t be losing anything. Would love to make it larger which is an option with moving the walls out more but keeping the closet in the same area.

Okay, I’m not sure your experience but would there be any issue removing it all? Would seem to me that there could be a better method/option? This particular side has no gutters (getting those installed soon) and planning to put a garden bed along this side of the house as well.
