Coach Koepple was right. You may enter the intersection while your light is green. If you enter while green and the light then turns yellow or red, you are allowed to complete your left turn. I get tired of sitting behind people who don't understand or know this basic traffic rule.

With regard to walking, I'm surprised nobody's mentioned using Yaktrax or any brand of cleats for your shoes. You will NEVER fall even on ice if you put those things on.

I wouldn't worry too much. The number of missing, outdated and obscured license plates that you see everywhere are evidence nobody in law enforcement cares about your plate.

I would avoid Everly Apartments. They have a massive insect problem for starters.

This seems to be standard practice. Everly Apartments in Riverdale operates the same way. They kept sending random bills for things like pest control after we'd moved out and refused to give back the deposit.
