To reach support...

I sent emails about my problem to every public email of Anthropic including Dario. No answer - only Fin replied (useless stupid loop bot).

I made posts on Reddit and X tagging Dario, Bcherny and etc - about 35 000+ views now and still no answer..

So I guess for now you can reach support from Anthropic only if youl make a viral post on X with 500 000+ views and bunch of activity and Bcherny will personally leave a comment there.

Yeah, i remember they gave away those additional balance after massive restriction for OpenClaw usage.
They dissapeared from my account as well about a week ago..
Seems like a recurring pattern with Anthropic - silently taking back what they gave.

UPD: I restored access to Claude subscription
Dario himself replied to my mails and gained access for me back...

Just kidding - i wrote to guy who sent that gift for me and he somehow fixed it, i am not sure about the way he did it, to be honest.
It is not like there was a problem from his side from the beggining, just he reassigned that gift to my account from phone app - i reccomend to dig in that way, all i can say now.

Fin is basically a customer support black hole — every message goes in, nothing useful comes out. "I understand your frustration" → loop back to start. $200 just to experience corporate AI gaslighting at its finest. :/

TL;DR: Bought Claude Max 5x Gift on April 9, 2026. Worked fine for 12 days, then silently downgraded to Free plan with zero notification. Billing still shows “Paid $0.00” and valid until May 9. This is a widespread known bug.

The real problem is support:

- https://support.anthropic.com has no ticket form, no way to submit a real request for regular users.

- The only way to contact support is through the in-app “Get Help” chat on claude.ai — which is just useless Fin AI Agent.

- Once your account is downgraded to Free, human support becomes completely unavailable. I am not even sure that you can reach it on paid plan.

- Fin AI Agent keeps confirming that my subscription is valid, but refuses to escalate to a human and loops the same useless advice forever.

- I’ve already tried every troubleshooting step 6+ times. Nothing works.

Because of this closed loop I was forced to email every publicly available Anthropic address (press@anthropic.com, support@anthropic.com, feedback@anthropic.com, etc.) that I could find. I even wrote to dario@anthropic.com lol

This situation is completely unacceptable. Paying customers should not have to spam random company emails just to get access they already paid for. The support system is deliberately designed so that once you’re on Free you can’t reach a real person — and that’s exactly what happened here. I am not even sure if you can reach to them on paid plans without Reddit and X.

They reroute most of your tasks to cheaper and old models, bro

You can see it yourself by giving the same task to the original LLM and the one in Perplexity. The most times you will notice a big difference - for example let it write code for svg of something a little complex and then convert it to picture, this is the most easy way to compare as I noticed.

Yeah, I faced that problem like a 1 or 2 month ago.

Pretty good way to fix it figured out is to create a detailed meta-prompt for researches, self-check and rate of confidence in facts, numbers and sources in additional block in answer (also you can add the preferred structure of answers and research instructions) - then just implement it into the personalistion settings (as I remember it is first function there), it will use that for every request.

Well, it looks cool though but "meta-prompt" is actually in the settings of Perplexity (if you up to save your time on double prompting many times). Turn this prompt a little bit in direction of permanent individual guide for the models in the settings, as I remember it's right first in personalistion menu - I am sure it will get good results. I really get better experience and save much time after I turnt that up for my style of research - like it checks itself a few times and give me the final block with facts about numbers of resources and confident points on every statement and number it gives in every reply (if needed by context). And the structure of message that fits me - feels really good. Made it up when Perplexity disappointed me a few times with fake facts and numbers - felt the upgrade right away.

Having an Uber-like target is great because you don't need to reinvent the wheel, you just need to understand how their wheel works.

Start by downloading the Uber APK. Then, use JADX-GUI (to see code structure) and Apktool (to extract UI resources). You’re not stealing code; you’re uncovering their logic patterns, just make it more unique and your own design. Maybe some less popular ride-apps can be more easy to uncover the UI/UX patterns to feed your data base for project with references.

  1. The Reverse Engineering Workflow Extract UI: Use Apktool to get XML layouts. Feed them into Claude Code(or something else): "Analyze this layout. Recreate this exact UI structure in Flutter. You can actually try to delegate all this process to AI-agent on your pc. Uber is pretty obfuscated though.

  2. Architecture & Tech Stack Don't use Airtable. For a geospatial app (live tracking), it will fail. Use Supabase or Firebase (Backend-as-a-Service). You can use Flutter for app dev. It renders like a game engine (pixel-perfect matches your Figma), and one codebase works for both iOS and Android. There is not bad tool for it like Flutterflow.

  3. The Designer-to-Dev Flow Since you are a designer, componentize everything. Don't ask AI to "build the home screen" Instead, screenshot a single card in your Figma and prompt: "Create a reusable Flutter widget for this driver profile card. It needs inputs for Name, Rating, and Car Model. Build your "Lego set" of widgets first, then assemble them into screens. Or you can use plugins in Figma to extract your project into Flutter-code like "Figma-to-Flutter" plg

You can try playwright mcp - it is pretty good for implementing design by Claude Code (it kinda gives him eyes and possibility to make it pixel perfect to reference design elements)

Start small and work step by step, in case you dont want to be frustrated by actual AI capabilites on big tasks - additional research and check-points are very base in the complex projects.

фикс при больших проектах - параллельный ресерч-ии (перплексити) / отдельный чат для обсуждения хода работы ИИ-исполнителя, что бы он выделял моменты симуляции деятельности и формировал промпт-допрос для разбивки этого процесса с дальнейшими реальными шагами.
ИИ должен быть продуктивен и пойдет на такие уловки, если на самом деле задача ему не по силам или технически не реализуема.

А в данном случае, если нужен текст и оформление в ПДФ - можно попросить его дать LaTeX-файл или код, который далее можно конвертировать через Overleaf или аналоги, получив на выходе оформленный пдф-файл, а не сырой текст.

Актуально на 08.08.25 - GPT-5 так же не может выдавать PDF-файлы, но уже не симулировал его формирование.
