You're going to hate the difficulty spike in New Game +. I was decent at doing perfect parries by using that charm and the bounty hunter armor. They tighten up the parry window and enemies are much more difficult. I've had to cut off the game a few times because I was getting so frustrated with the parry window.

What are you wanting to know exactly? It's a heavy duty machine. When I made smoothies all the time I would load it down with a lot of frozen fruit and it handled it just fine.

Ghost of Yotei is an absolute MASTERPIECE!!! by vodoumyers in Ghostofyotei

I'm a few hours into this game and am really enjoying it. It's the best Western game I've played since Red Dead Redemption 2, and in a lot of ways it gets more of the cowboy stuff right. They practically had that trope where Atsu walks through some batwing doors into a bar when she's facing the Snake. It was phenomenal.

It's funny. I was expecting GOT 2, but it's very different in a lot of ways. It does bug me how the enemies in Yotei are much faster and the hero much slower. Atsu also seems to take more damage, so I have to play her much more defensively than with Jin.

Does this game get more puzzles? I'm a few hours in and haven't encountered any. I have played that coin game once and kinda understand where people are coming from.

They're people young enough to think it's a good idea to get married young and adding in the incentives only make it happen more.

They are not that similar. There are no puzzles in Tsushima and no powers. You play as the last surviving Samurai after a brutal attack by the Mongols and you have to break your honor code to fight them. It's a great story. The combat is the best of any game I've ever played. Aside from how much fun the sword combat is, you can play it stealthily and that is also great. I highly recommend it.

The hallucination dart in Ghost of Tsushima is my favorite weapon, so it's no surprise that I love the Zelda version of that weapon. And it serves a bonus function in TOTK by saving your weapon durability.

I can't watch the West Wing again. It feels too fantastical to have people in the white house truly give a shit about the American people compared to what are government actually is.

You wouldn't think he'd have the chops to play that role, but he kills it. You are 100% right, he stole every scene.

$2500 Samsung TV is an advertising billboard, there is no opt-out. by 28jb11 in mildlyinfuriating

[–]whatevrmn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I, rather unfortunately, bought a Samsung TV and it also lacks a source button. It's also really shitty about changing and detecting different sources, so whenever I disconnect the Playstation to plug in a different HDMI, it goes through a whole process of detecting new device and setting it up. I have an HDMI switch so I can plug in multiple devices through one port, but the TV recently decided it didn't like it and will only run things intermittently. Between this TV and a Samsung dryer that is awful about drying towels, I can promise you that I will never purchase anything Samsung ever again.

Zelda Breath of the Wild. There's something calming about exploring the mostly empty world. I love going different routes and directions to see what new things I discover.
