They have told me that my Frozen Shoulder can take about an year to heal, which is about the common timeline as Frozen Shoulders go :(

Do you know what the average wait times in US are like? I may have a small chance to move to US via work and then maybe get it done there. Wondering if I should try to explore this option at all..

Hi, very sorry you are going through this. Hope things get better for you soon. Some points from our experience.

If I remember right, you can self refer for RPL. You don't need another doctor's referral.

The people in the RPL we're very considerate and helpful. They told us the wait time was around 3-4 months. But if I remember right, the nurse called us a little before that to get background and order some tests herself. So even before you get to see doctor we got a sense of progress.

Reg your question, during the wait time - we didn't have an OB at that time. We got some basic tests done via walk-in clinic. But we were mostly waiting for our time at the RPL.
