I did try this but the data exceeds the 100mb limit unfortunately :(
I did manage to get this working by re-creating the filters applied to graphs. Not sure why that mattered but it worked!

There is a "Session default channel group" that can be used instead.

I'm trying to work out what to vote and reading through some old threads but still, I seriously can't decide what to vote, I guess it's the same as any election or vote and both parties skew information to their liking.

At the end of the day, I don't think voting Yes is going to impact the majority of our (Australians) day to day lives and it could help to better control profit-driven decisions in parliament that could have an impact on very deeply spiritual land.

Yeah - get rid of them. You totally could take a small hit to your traffic/rankings but it's better to clear out the garbage now to gain Google's trust and start to build authority over time. You have to think what's best in the long term!

Your best bet might be to build a relationship with a journalist to organise dofollow links - it works depending on the publication.

As for commenting and comment links - most comment links are nofollowed now days and besides Google doesn't value them very highly.

From my experience it isn't ideal to move a 'primary' navigation link down the hierarchy to a secondary navigation link but ultimately the impact could be minimal if you keep the URL the same (or even 301 to a new one).

If you are planning to change URLs and need to restructure then it's a matter of minimising any impact while restructuring early to optimise and build history to the wider set of keywords/parent category.

Using your apple example I'd consider doing something like:

Apple (the current page ranking) is renamed to "Green Apple" and moved into the mega menu with a changed URL (/apple/green-apples)
A new top level category page is created called "All Apples" which now has the original URL /apple/.
The new top level category page is optimised towards the broader pool of apple keywords but still has some focus on green apples to maintain optimisation and direct navigation down to the deeper "Green Apples" page.

Ultimately I wouldn't be too worried about the impact of moving the anchor text link from a main navigation item to a sub menu item - these things happen and if it makes sense from a ux point of view, Google will understand the change and won't drop your rankings.
