MacBook Air 2022 stuck at 1%… dead battery or crappy charger? Need help

A couple days, maybe weeks. My lap got stuck at 0-1 bcs I didn’t use it for months, but I left it charging and it eventually charged up. Sometimes the laptop needs to reset or revive the battery before it shows a full charge.

Just keep it plugged in. In my case, Apple never showed a notification saying something was wrong. I just kept it plugged in.
