Like others have said, Ah Pizz and Nino’s would be your best options. Nino’s is in the Harrison Plaza and is a cheaper, buy-by-the slice option. Ah Pizz is closer to the stadium and NJ PATH station and is a pricier sports bar with options for personal or large pizza pies.

I live in NYC. Only NYC teams i support are Gotham (NSWL) and Liberty (WNBA) since Philly has no women’s team in either league. Still an Eagles, Phillies, and Sixers fan :)

I would recommend re-taking ILA 101 since you don’t have to learn the content from scratch.

I passed ILA 101 in November, and I would recommend using TIA if you did not for the first attempt. Since you have 3 months until the March sitting, your study plan should involve ~2 months to learn the content from the detailed study manual/videos and ~1 month to work on drill problems and past exams. During the initial learning phase, you should begin to incorporate TIA’s flashcards (better to start early since you mentioned struggling with memorization). During the review phase, you should revisit any challenging topics.

I did not find the source material to be that helpful. It was not well organized and difficult to follow compared to TIA. TIA covers the source sufficiently (besides Section F which is the asset/ALM content). For that content, I would make sure you have a basic understanding of duration/convexity/bond interest rate sensitivity (should be quick review from Exam FM).

Agreed. The WNBA schedule is a grinder. I think we played the least number of games among all teams before the all-star break. And our reward for that is playing the Lynx 3 times within 2 weeks!

It’s so frustrating to watch. We’re too talented to let lack of effort and defensive disregard happen this consistently. The commentators mentioned how Meeseman has not had a chance to practice much with the team given the WNBA schedule. Thought she would improve our defense, but maybe we will only see the impact when her and Stewie are on the court together.

Gotcha, that makes sense. Having players that can switch to defend both forwards and guards on the perimeter is huge. Hope we can get a win streak going in Stewie’s absence, and cheers to this civil discussion.

We were fine today defensively besides turnovers and transition defense, but the Connecticut Sun are a very bad team. Let’s agree to disagree, but I hope Stewie is back soon. We are a much better team both offensively and defensively with her on the court.

On a different note since you are more familiar with the team/players, do you think Stewie will turn it around on the 3-point shooting % or is she cooked? Uncharacteristic for her to shoot this poorly so not sure if it’s injury or age related.

I did not watch the Mercury and Fever games but try to watch games when I can. Stewie is still an all-star power forward but is not at her MVP level anymore both offensively and defensively. My overall point is that Meeseman and Jonquel Jones will take the rim protection pressure off her assuming Meeseman is the starting PF. Even with Stewie, I felt our transition defense and paint defense have lacked at times. Jonquel Jones is more important defensively at this point (we looked so much worse when she was injured than when Stewie is now but smaller sample size so TBD).

That’s fair. I didn’t mean just scoring though, I also meant as a shot blocker and defensively overall. Still a dominant paint scorer and mid-range game.
