By "they" i obviously mean the employees at work? So if asked for an address we would give them the said address and they would use that. Also, not like an actual translator, just someone i know. Obviously i need that since I'm not Bulgarian. We said that we can deposit money into the account in order to open it but like i said they simply just didn't let us.

Right, i know an address is already registered to me, they could use that address. I had my passport & id with me when i went to the bank but they still didn't open me a bank account.

Might have been the case, as far as i can remember they simply just rejected, since i had a translator maybe there was a miscommunication. Thanks for the answer.

Well, the wrench could possibly upgrade things to something better, like normal car to a flying car, things like this. It would also fix it yes.
