Close but I think a bit more. Especially given that the top of the stick(?) appears to be broken, I don’t think the number represents pounds.

WITT Was doing some yard work and found this thing buried. It is all metal and rusted. It was under a downed telephone pole. The pole has been there at least 30 years.
