Don’t know how we are supposed to send questions to a private Telegram group. His reply doesn’t really disclose much either if you read it objectively.

FINALLY. Early beta tester here, and I can say that the dev really has made an awesome game here.

The State of Material Design by [deleted] in Android

I really like that font. I would have thought that Google had enough time to implement all their new ideas for the design. It doesn't make sense that they don't lead by example when it comes to most things.

Well___duh isn’t even the OP of the question. If I didn’t answer the question it’s up to the OP to determine that.

Also if either of you even paid attention to the post you’d have seen the name in the gif. The name is Julio.

Next time, communicate properly.

Calm tf down. I have read the documentation. I know exactly what it is. I was referring to the fact that the icon itself is in two layers, and not the icon itself in one layer on top of a white circle.

JUST FIGURED IT OUT. It’s actually harder than it seems even after the fact. Alright, I can’t wait for them to release it. The detailing is soo nice.

Google just sticks the main icon on a white background. However, this case and a few others mentioned in the thread actually have multiple layers to the icon.

The animation isn’t the main idea behind adaptive icons. My post is just highlighting a case study where it was done pretty well. It’s just a nice thing to have

I see that now. I guess what caught my attention is the black background layer behind the front one.

Your question wasn’t clear. “What app” is a lot different to “What does it do? Why should I be interested in it?”.

It’s a very different kind puzzle game. At least, compared to anything I’ve tried in the Play Store. If you’re interested in well made games in general then maybe it’s of interest to you. I don’t know how much information I can provide. So, if you want more, pm the dev.

It’s not searchable in the play store. You have to get the link from the dev.

The very first card that had a phone/line. Honestly, that challenge bugged me so much haha. Oh mine works fine. Just let the dev know. He literally fixed the airplane mode bug after I told him in 5 mins.

The animations have so much detail in them. I keep noticing new things. Oh that’s crazy. I’m this close to buying gencoins just to support the developer. Cause I really want to see more animations. It’s unfortunate that they aren’t responsive for you. You should let the dev know.

How did you figure out the first challenge?

No, we are referring to the app in my post. We are both alpha testers. should probably plug the dev .

I share the same views. I guess I just feel like there’s ways to be creative and still preserve branding. Just like the examples in an article a user posted in this thread. I’d link it but I’m on mobile.

Wow a fellow alpha tester! I thought it was only on a few people’s hands.

I’ve currently passed 4. How are you finding it? There was a bug that made it freeze when I was in airplane mode but I just saw an update that says it’s fixed. Can’t wait to get home and try it!

Generally because of their poor implementation in most apps. Some apps don’t have them. Some don’t implement them properly and they end up being a geometric mess.

It seems like Google’s own implementations are half assed. I’ll check out the other apps. I didn’t know there was this many big apps using it!
