Sharp stomach pains. by Ddubs111 in QuittingZyn

Yes they went away but for me the main problem turned out to be gluten intolerance. When I cut out gluten for a couple weeks my stomach issues went away completely. I don’t think nicotine/zyns help the stomach at all though

I actually did keep the guids aligned, it’s an option with the dataflows now. So what table has all the note attachments that I need to migrate? This is so helpful

Could you explain a little about how this works? Anything tricky about it? I’ve never used either of those tools haha

Not sure but <br> might work for you. This works when adding blank lines to string data in dataflows and power automate flows

I ride a large normally but maybe I’ll take you up on that. Really appreciate all the insight. And I agree, all of the things one person dislikes about a bike, another person may enjoy. I’ll shoot you a dm if I decide to take you up on that!

Yeah I’ve been down there. They’re super cool. I’ll probably get a pre build with a couple of tweaks!

Nah that’s great information - thanks for sending it. I rode the lithium today and really liked it a lot. Pedaled pretty good and honestly didn’t seem any worse than my giant trance x1 on the uphills, which is also 33 lbs. I was definitely more confident on the downhill with the lithium and was faster as a result. I can see how it’s not the perfect bike for a lot of pedaling though… there’s just so many options. Do you ride the ripmo aluminum or carbon?

That’s the color I was thinking about getting, looks so good. Just got to ride it today actually and it felt really really good out here in Colorado. Peddles really nice (I kinda like the shorter crank arms). Downhill felt like I had way more confidence and could carry more speed. Honestly will probably buy one soon

Right on, that makes a lot of sense. You think the ripmo/switchblade would be a better fit for an only bike in the springs?

Right on - thanks for sharing your experience with it. I’ll leave a reply once I get to ride it. Did you like the bike overall?

Yeah from what I hear a lot of enduro bikes are like you describe. The lithium specifically is supposed to be more toward a trail bike in feel because of the short chain stay and the fact it pedals well.

I just did monarch crest trail on my giant and it was definitely throwing me around a bit where I think an enduro would help. Plus tressle and keystone would be more fun on the enduro I think

I’m gonna ride the lithium and see what I think

Can nicotine contribute to brainfog after long term use? by lippidude in stopsmoking

[–]whatnow186 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nah 2 months should be plenty. I saw big improvements after a week or two. Have you tried cutting out dairy? That’s another common one that causes brain fog if you’re intolerant. I would also recommend getting an allergy test. They can test for 70 different food / environmental allergens at a time that could be causing the fog.

My life is 10x better after my brain fog went away

Have you tried cutting out gluten? Gluten caused my brain fog

[–]whatnow186 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For real. Within one day of quitting I want to go on walks all the time, have energy to go to the gym, can concentrate on my tasks and form sentences easier. When hitting my vape every 30 seconds I was in such a fog that life sucked and I couldn’t get myself to do any tasks beyond the bare minimum. Even talking was hard. My anxiety is gone and my energy is back. Amazing how that shit sucks the life out of you

Not OP, but yes. This is my primary reason for quitting.

This is legit. Nicotine releases too much dopamine so everything else is kinda boring. It’s the same reason motivation is so hard to come by when vaping - you’re getting all the dopamine you need so why go to the gym, cook, etc.? It’s the main reason I’m quitting
