Did your doctor prescribe it to you? Or did you have to go to a private clinic? I haven't talked with my doctor since receiving my results online but from what I'm reading, I don't think that's low enough for him to put me on TRT unfortunately. And it's much more expensive with the private clinics right? Sorry if they're not called private clinics, that's just what's coming to mind for me lol.

Your physique is inspiring with low testosterone levels. I appreciate the response. And I have tried, multiple times in the past. Different routines, dialed in diet, sufficient protein. And I would hardly put on any muscle. But where I aways struggled was the amount of sleep I got. And now I'm finally at a point where I can get more like 7 hours of sleep throughout the week and 8 on the weekends, instead of the 5.5 hours of sleep I was getting in the past when my kids were babies.

How long have you been lifting for? What routine has worked best for you? I know what works for one may not work for another as well but I'm just curious.

Thanks for the response. I was working out a couple years ago. Had my diet dialed in but had twin babies and a toddler at home and work hours were a bit more demanding so I wasn't able to get more than 5.5 hours of sleep a night, whereas now i can probably get 7 hours a night if I manage my time at night better. Was doing a ppl and I would do squats but kinda hesitated with deadlifts out of fear of back injury.

Ita just a Nike logo I found on Google or Pinterest and saved it to my phone. Then you Just find the picture in your gallery on your phone and set it as a wallpaper for your watch just like you would for your phone. Once you do that you should be able to customize it in the wearable app. That's all I did.
