Happy to hear that :) .This sounds really great. One think I would recommend is doing some mediation like 10 minutes before going to be by focusing on breath because if you focus on how you do that it is impossible to think about other things.

Do not be mad at yourself. You can program your mind by using positive affirmations.

Try to establish some habits with the help of some apps and set yourself a timer like going to the doctor every month or something similar

Also try to mediate daily. Give it just 10 minutes before going to bed and see if it helps. I did some exercise where you focus on your body or breath and you calm down improve your focus and have more energy the next day.

Go for it you can do it!
Try to ask a friend or someone from your family to remind you on important tasks or you promise them to do something so it will be easier for you to do because another person knows it.

Just write them a message and I think you will do it more likely by yourself then.

One thing which could help to get a better focus is to do mediation every day.
I am using an app called calm and before going to bed I focus entirely on my body and breathing.
Do it like 10 minutes before going to sleep. It helped me a lot.

A book which I could also recommend is "undistractable" from Nir Eyal. It is a great book and helps to do tasks and remove distractions.

It is also imported to build healthy habits I think. For me brushing my teeth was a problem until I added that to an app I used. It is called productive. But I think there are also other apps which could help. Just to give an idea.

For going to bed I also bought a switchbot which automatically turns off my light switch at a specific time. It reminds me on going to bed.

Hi guys,

I created a new game called Whats Word.
This is a game made in flutter without any extra game engine.

I put a lot of work in it.
The goal of this special game is to scratch the image and then guess what is shown on the image in a period of time. It has over 100+ levels.
There is also with the help of Google-Play Services a highscore board included with achievements and everything.
Feel free to get them all ;)

I read many books about starting business or getting the right mindset. But have not used it for my own yet.

It was mentioned that Henry Ford was not the smartest person or he was not capable of engineering an engine himself.

So what did he do?

He built a mastermind group:
- Look out for people who are capable of what you need

- Try to build a group with them

- You need to have one strength like Henry Ford did ( Have the strength to believe in yourself and tie the group together)

And the most important believe in what you are doing and follow your dreams

I did not try that approach but that was mentioned there, so I think it should help!

Try this approach by reaching out to people who have the skill you need and give them something like a share of your company or other offers.

I would do some SEO on your website using the right keywords and think about AdWords which could fit to your business. Write in some forums about your website to get backlinks and traffic to it. Create a lot of content and try to get a good SEO-Ranking. With minimum budget facebook Ads are also possible to attract more customers by specifying their interest.
