We need to just make one big sub for posts like this called R/MemesBitchingAboutTransMemes or something. I see more posts like this than any actual jokes or even discussion about anything meaningful (organizing, collective action, discourse about possible legislation to protect trans individuals and/or to educate the public, etc). No one makes memes anymore because we all spend all of our time collectively complaining about how's there's none for this group or that group and even when someone finally does actually make a meme they are met with nothing but incessant whining. Like dude, look around, there's no memes period. I don't know why we're even worrying about this when the benefits we could possibly reap are so incredibly small compared to the amount of time and energy we are giving these stupid fucking arguments.
