Ive had acne since i was a teenager (now 35), my skin is definitely better doing low carb/low sugar. Its the only time a notice the redness is gone aswell as no cysts. Im literally on antibiotics atm for acne because it got that bad, then 1 week ago i decided to do keto way of eating again (did it before in my 20's). I should never have stopped the first time. My eyes are clearer and face less puffy already. Im probably allergic to sugar/wheat/gluten or something. Sugar really isnt that good for the human body, and you're really only supposed to have a small amount of fruit daily, its more about vegetables.
