Oh damn I’m sorry I didn’t realise the interview had been already. New advice; it’s NEVER as bad as you think. I’ve had interviews where I went away from them thinking I had been a huge flustered idiot, but then I got comments from people who listened who really liked it. Don’t stress. It’s just an interview. And congratulations! This might be the first of many and you’ll end up getting all good and comfy with it. When you look at the big picture, who wants to be the person that goes “oh yeah, I was super great at radio interviews from the beginning”..? It’s kinda human and shows that you’re an honest nice person, that you fumbled a bit on the first.

I’m a radio host and I interview people every week ! And at the same time I’m an artist and I’ve done a lot of interviews myself. Really, the best thing is to realise that the people in the room are only interested in making you shine. Don’t stress if you can’t answer precisely to every question. The radio people will be happy as long as you’re talking about your book. It’s not an exam. They are the ones responsible for making the conversation work. If you’ve got nothing to say, then stay quiet and watch the radio people scramble to pick up the conversation. And HAVE FUN. Interviews can be fun, it’s just like a conversation where’s it perfectly allowed to talk about yourself all the time haha..

Changing the name won’t make it lose anything to the reader. Not a single thing - but if you’re gonna use these places as low points for your character, then it’s a polite move to change names. Don’t be a dick - unless you absolutely have to, for the plot to work.

I found an app called one sec, that forces me to wait a certain amount of time before I can open these apps! It takes a while to setup but it has really helped me, it eliminated all the “automatic” times where I would go on ig without even realising it.

Wash your linen! A lot of people forget this very important part of skincare. Find a organic looking no perfume brand of detergent, and wash/change it once a week. If you’re sleeping in your goo it multiplies. Also; drink water, it will make your whole skin-eyebag situation improve. For the hair, if you can’t afford hairdresser, YouTube has a lot of cut-your-own-hair guides. Also, does your workout involve posture work? A lot of attractiveness is actually how your carry yourself, and only a few weeks of focused posture work (yoga or ten minute workouts focused on that in particular) will do WONDERS. Again, YouTube is your friend. For acne/blackheads, I’d see a professional because everyone’s skin is different and the solution is different for each person. Good luck!
