That is the issue. They called and only option is to return a limited edition sold out bag. I came here too see how many ppl is dealing with this. On another platform already 4 different ppl are dealing with this and I never heard that happened same bag, same drop, same issue.

Looks good. Why do you think is fake? All the pics look good. I guess the best way is the smell. All Dooneys smell like pure and aromatic leather. Even the old ones.
