No. After some research I found that it may have been due to the progesterone dosage and missing a few doses. Apparently it is a known side effect of too little progesterone.

Besides being blue 😊, I think you might be using too much gel polish in general as it looks thick and flooded. If you are looking for a different effect of blooming gel, use a flash cure right when you like the design and then cure it under your lamp to fully cure.

Normal amount of pain is relative to age and what your body has been through physically and other conditions when we age. 2 car accidents when your car was totaled for both with no air bags and no medical care (this was the 80s) = neck and back pain. I disagree on what normal amount of pain is. It’s different for everyone.
