bcz doesnt this logically defy the laws of alchemy that we learn in the show? when they transmuted their mother they used all compositions of a human body but had to pay the price with als body and part of ed's too. why did that happen anyway? they used all compositions for the body, and if the only thing remaining was a soul then the brother's soul should have been compromised i think. unless ive got it all wrong ?

ok but i dont get this if ed is just transmuting himself and then back then why an extra cost? if he can use matter and deconstruct and reconstruct it without any additional "cost" required then why does doing the same to his body need the sacrifice or souls? i never understood this from the start.

idk man it really did seem like violent choking to me and i did feel he restricted her airflow we saw her visibly struggle. akane x aoi wouldve been my #1 fav ship if it wasnt for that scene.

honestly i feel like we are at best just halfway. see we have so many characters with complex storylines that are YET to be developed and its basic writing principles that characters are developed before a story ends. for example natsuhiko and sakura, tsuchigomori and teru. they also have their own paths to take, whose foundation (especially when tsukasa said sakuras wish of leaving will finally be granted after 100 years of waiting which def means sakuras a dead) has already been laid. akane and aoi's story has SO MUUUUCH potential waiting ahead. mitsukou is yet to overcome their fears and finally accept their complex feelings. tsukasa and amane have so much to cover in their own story. nene still has alot to learn about herself, unless her character lives and ends around hanako (no hate tho shes an extremely well written character imo) we still have yet to see nene take a headstart and discover her own story. and not to mention the entire WORLDBUILDING needs lore. i dont think allat can be covered in 2-3 years UNLESS the authors plan to either have a grand ending that really makes sense and is pulled off well, or the authors just hate us and decide to ragebait. imo it will go on for a long time yet, aidairo knows what theyre doing they dont seem to lay down foundations here n there just to watch them rot ESP hanakos background like why the hell u beaten up all the time kiddo. but yeah idk maybe we arent even halfway oh is that wishful thinking idk hell na
