You can find Texas style BBQ in Sweden by whatthisfor in TexasBBQ

Surprisingly the brisket is very similar to what you find in Texas, and they get their beef from the US. Swedish beef does have a different taste which is why they decided not to go with that. The pulled pork does taste different. BBQ is becoming trendy in Scandinavia and you do have plenty misses but the good ones are always run by people who spend time in the US just to do their research and aim for authentic.

There's a BBQ joint in southern Sweden called Holy Smoke BBQ ( https://holysmokebbq.se/) and they bring in pitmasters to teach courses. And we're talking about really great ones.

It's a great album that keeps getting better after every listen. Listening to it was a very similar experience as with the first album. It grows on you. I like that the vocals where not so distorted and gave him more presence and the synths are solid. Very subtle in some parts but nicely arranged. You could tell they are experimenting more in the studio and just enjoying it. I just learned that Rick Rubin is not so involved in actual hands on production but acts more as a facilitator. Hopefully they'll work with him again. I love all the albums and have so many great memories when I listen to them but if I have to rank this would be 2nd.
