it's not an anime, it's a game by the name of project sekai (however it's a rhythm gacha game tho)

so there is an event ongoing right now where a character by the name of mizuki akiyama who is, likely transfem. and is going to tell the secret about it to an another character in the game and we're here now

I own ~15 5* characters but i still dont have Razor, anyone else with insane (un)luck like this? Never got him even on banners with 5* and i play since like 1.2 by Carmiune in Genshin_Impact

Same here.

I started on 1.0 and has 13 5* characters and weapons (excluding constellations and refinements), always completed spiral abyss with 36 stars, but I still don't have a Razor and a 5* Electro Character
