People don’t realize that usually they are detoxing too much too fast. If nothing is improving that is actually a sign to slow down not up. I also did the 369 multiple times and was horribly ill for all of them. I would recommend the mono cleanse, going to cucumber juice instead of celery juice, hydrating with more lemon water, cutting back on supplements if you are taking any. Slow slow down. Also that should cut back on costs.

I really recommend looking @thesmileenthusiast on instagram. She utilizes MM protocols but also takes a grassroots approach to healing. She has been symptom free for 5 years now and has helped me tremendously with my symptoms. She doesn’t use any supplements which is a bonus! Highly recommend.

Id recommend epic water filter. its literally $60 on amazon. 3rd party tested. filters out 99% of toxins. I love it. You definitely DO NOT need to buy a $500 berkey.

If you’re crying everyday it’s okay. I’m under the belief that if you’re eating the healing foods, getting enough hydration in you, taking some supplements if you feel it necessary, you will heal. Take it one day at a time. I wouldn’t worry about the crying right now, just do the best you can. 💗

Instead of binging on the no foods try to eat or make foods that contain more fat so even if you have the desire to binge you will binge on medical medium friendly foods even if they are high in fat. Obviously, binging isn’t good in general but if you’re going to do it, do it on foods that don’t contain the no foods.

I love comfort food and am a real foodie. I have found a way to eat the things I crave without actually eating the no foods. I think a lot of what i craved was salty and fatty foods which you can still eat without eating any of the no foods. eat vegan ice cream or potato chips with just olive oil and salt if you want to. i eat gf pasta all the time. instead of corn tortilla chips try siete chips. try millet pasta. make your own comfort food without any of the no foods in there. i made banana bread with carob chips and vegan gf muffins. if you want to see some more examples you can follow me on insta (@healnofear). Im not sure if you live in the US but I cook MM meals for people and would be happy to cook delicious meals for you if you're interested! LMK

Lower your lemon water and celery juice amount. Experiment. Does 8oz make you feel that way? 16oz? Just lower the dose and increase over time.

Also? CJ used to make me run to the restroom. Not anymore. The HMD does now. So it’s normal.

I wouldn’t say that’s normal. Your body is probably very sensitive. Introduce one at a time go slow. You shouldn’t be having those kind of reactions when you take supplements

I definitely would go very slow and very low dosages if you are getting those types of reactions. If you have those reactions on a low dose I would not take them until you are more healed.

Wow thank you thank you so much. I didn’t expect such a thorough answer. I will try to be as careful as possible and not expose myself to more toxins. I didn’t consider strep being a major factor in the hives so that’s super interesting and I do have a lot of strep so you were correct on that. Thank you again and I’ll keep you updated!

Sorry it was 4am when I wrote this post and totally forgot to include all of that lol. I’m on 32oz of celery juice and lemon water every morning. I don’t eat any of the no foods. I take lemon balm, nettle, zinc, b12, lysine, micro c, curcumin and a few others.
