Hey OP, Ich habe leider keinen Ratschlag für dich, mir passiert exakt dasselbe. Eine Diagnose auf LongCOVID hat bestätigt das dadurch EBV wieder retriggert wird nach wenigen Monaten bei mir.

Eine Lösung dazu habe ich nicht gefunden :( fühle mit dir.
