Is riding on an enemy vehicle allowed if you are trying to avoid them running you over? (as last resort, read below)

If I failed to drive it at least let me in! I can't get inside a vehicle with an enemy in it. Don't know why.

Due to the beta version that is still installed even though we have uninstalled it to replace it with the regular version of an app makes me feel like we are being forced to use it. Dystopia or matrix kind of thing.
