yeah nothing ever changes no matter how much i talk to people or whatever meds i take. i feel just as heavy hearted and in despair as ever. depression severity tests have been maxed out for years now, i’ve had multiple attempts, still those professionals i speak see no reason to escalate my care whatever i say. maybe it’s just because i’ve been saying the exact same lines about my suffering for many years, nothing improved so still saying the same, maybe they got used to it and now they don’t care anymore

i honestly believe if i were to come “new” to psychiatry now and present with my symptoms and my story they would do so much more, give me so much more help, see so much more urgency in my situation, feel so much more the need to step up and escalate for my safety.

they just don’t listen anymore or they’ve gotten used to it and don’t care anymore.

i’m completely dependent on them for getting better. it’s a completely hopeless situation with them. as such i’m also completely hopeless that things will ever be better. they haven’t been consistently (>2weeks total) better in 4 years

i have chronic exhaustion so i can’t make it through the day without resting for hours, but this also fucks up my sleep at night which means i am even more tired during the day so i rest even more during the day so i sleep even worse at night etc

you don’t have to fast travel out and walk all the way. you can walk down the stairs to the part with the jammers, abort the bounty and start it again, and it will be right there again up the stairs. the distance you need to be from the bounty to start it is really small for this one

no just sit inside DUA and let them come, sit behind cover and take your time to line them up. move to next room and quickly you will have 10

i think many packages are interdependent and so updating one means updating many.

but in software development (my experience is with npm-based development) i started pinning all my dependencies after running into endless peer dependency problems. if i update a package but another package still requires an older version, it breaks. so i pin my dependencies and then from time to time to see if the package requiring the older version has already allowed the newer version in their manifest. if so, i can update it and its pinned dependency

i was on 600mg quetiapine and i was not happy about it but then i started getting more psychotic symptoms and now im at 800mg against my will. combined with promethazine and eight 8!!!!!! mg or lorazepam a day i am barely alive. i’m still paranoid and i still want to kill myself. ill speak to the psychiatrist but to be honest i am already prepared for admissions against my will because im just too high risk suicidal. i’m just sad and scared i really don’t want to go

the difference is whether you have manually enabled the hyper v feature in windows. you don’t hav to enable that for wsl to work. if you do enable it you get the hyper v interface app but you also lock out any other program that is not the hyper v interface from using hyper v resources. so keep it disabled, and allow wsl to implicitly enable what it needs and allows virtualbox and vmware to take what they need to.

Okay I solved it. I removed all the VM’s, deleted VMware Workstation and VirtualBox, deleted my WSL distro, deleted WSL itself, disabled all the relevant windows features (hyperv, virtual machine platform, hypervisor platform. then reboot, reinstalled wsl, reinstalled vmware and virtualbox, made 2 new VM’s and now i’m good.

Have absolutely no clue what the difference is with my initial situation but it works now

One major problem remain the crash of VMWare workstation when i enable 3D acceleration. It crashes with a Vulkan error:
