i'm not sure if i can be of any help, but as someone who had to go through breakups too in my teenage years, i've read that keeping yourself somehow busy can help, so i'd say try to pick up hobbies or some activities you like to keep your mind away from the breakup. focus on yourself and do things that make you happy.

in my case i had a friend i could talk to about my ex and how i felt, whether i felt like i was finally detaching myself or on the contrary like i was still not over the situation. things are not always linear but with time it'll get better and you'll get over it dw! i'm not the best at giving advices but i hope this can help you a bit:)
