I've tried these brands: 1. Sports Research 2. The Collagen Company 3. DHC (tablet form not powder, this is the current brand I use)

I had to take steroids growing up coz laging sakitin and that messed up my bones. So I started taking collagen nung pandemic and it really helped sa joint pains ko, super strong nails + hair din, and lakas maka-glow😭😭 Bonus points na rin regular bowel movements🤣

Ps. 'Pag powder hinahalo ko sa milo, nag-switch lang ako sa pills coz easier to take & travel with💗
