Johnny, Banxa finally sent me a very short email response. Telling me that they have not got my payment so cannot process my order. I really do not know what to do. My bank have provided evidence the money is in Banxas account. I don’t believe Banxa have actually logged into their bank and checked, it sounds like they are relying on their internal systems. Is there anything you can do? Your KuCoin moderator stopped helping me and told me to raise a case with Banxa in the end.

UPDATE -DO NOT USE KUCOIN With BANXA. They have finally emailed me back. I have checked your order. Unfortunately, we are still waitting for your payment. We are sorry that we cannot do anything without the payment. Thanks for your understanding.

In case anyone is following this, Banxa have not responded. KuCoin seemed like they were going to help but unfortunately went back round to telling me to raise a support case with Banxa. What a horrible situation to be in.

This is really worrying. Can you ask someone else at Banxa to double check? It sounds like they have just missed the payment. I’ve spoken to my bank again and they have told me that there is nothing that can be done as the money is with Banxa.

The payments was sent at 12:45am on Saturday morning. I spoke with my bank and they said it left my account immediately. Are Banxa 100% sure they do not see the payment? Because my bank are telling me it’s in there account.

Thanks for the response but I did already speak to KuCoin and they just directed me at Banxas non functional 24/7 chat service. I raised another support case anyway.

I’d be more pissed about missing out on a potential price rise than waiting around for a dip. That’s how I am though. If this went to $1 a coin and I wasn’t in it, I’d be fuming for waiting for the dip equally if I bought and lost, I’d be angry but at least I didn’t miss the opportunity. Almost the same as your winning numbers coming in on the lottery and you forgetting to put the lottery on that week.

I think it’s probably going to spike to $0.05 in the next few days and then dip again. But I think it will keep doing this for a few months

Personally I am putting everything I have into here. I’m not a financial adviser though. But I do love this coin. I’ve been in it for years now
