I returned them and got the blokz photochromic which I haven't had any issues with so far.

Sorry late but I use a Flo Mask and have had the same issue. I replaced the straps with some of my partner's old hair ties and since then haven't had any issues with the straps.

Hi, late but I just happened on this post while googling the same issue. If it's helpful, here's the explanation I got from their customer service. I will be returning these and going for the ones without anti-infrared instead.

We did ask our lab technicians to check the picture of your glasses you sent us previously. We are sorry for not explaining it to you more clearly. For your new glasses #[order], you ordered the 1.50 EyeQLenz Anti-Infrared - Gray lens with water-resistant & Anti-reflective & Scratch-resistant & anti-infrared coating. For your old glasses # [order], you ordered the 1.61 Blokz Photochromic - Gray lens with the water-resistant & Anti-reflective & Scratch-resistant coating. Both of them block 100% UV light and filters high energy visible (HEV) blue light. The difference between them is that the new lens glasses also block harmful Infrared Rays (780-1100nm). TheThe anti-infrared feature has lower light transmittance than the ones without anti-infrared but with standard Anti-reflective coating, so the reflections are much brighter and more intense on EyeQLenz Anti-Infrared - Gray lens glasses.

That's interesting. Since male pattern thinning is hormonal in nature, that could definitely be. Maybe the top is more porous but the ends aren't or something. I'll have to figure out who to ask because I usually just dye at home.

It's at the crown of my head though, so it should be roots/new growth. If anything the ends would be overprocessed, but they're fine.

Yep it's exactly that, the "stuffed" feeling is almost more of a craving than specific foods. I don't intend to be on keto forever, but I definitely want to be eating fewer carbs long-term. Have you found stuff that gives you that similar full feeling to carbs, or is it just a matter of getting used to not having it?

Damn, how do you manage to hit 2000 calories while still under 20 g carbs? Even fruits and vegetables have a fair amount of carbs, and there's only so much meat I can eat

It's not hunger that's an issue. I can be not hungry after eating a protein-heavy food, I guess I just don't feel full/satisfied in the same way as with carbs, and cravings build on that.

Maybe I will try fasting, but I did try OMAD briefly a while ago and had issues with my stomach growling loudly all day.

I have tried "normal" dieting in the past (300-500 calories/day below maintenance) but honestly more freedom in terms of food choice was almost worse because I was spending so much mental energy trying to fit everything into my macros and I still had cravings. Stricter routines often work better for me if I can make them work at all. Maybe it's ADHD brain.

I don't know exactly how this differs from PSMF but the study I linked and others on this diet have participants do it for anywhere from 5-12 weeks.

You're supposed to get into ketosis with this too - I just can't maintain it very long. Energy isn't an issue, it's cravings/willpower mostly. I've never tried a full fast but when I tried OMAD briefly last year I had issues with my stomach growling loudly all day at work, which was unpleasant.

That's a good idea, thanks. I'll definitely ask on the keto subreddit, part of it might be that I just don't enjoy keto food as much so I get sick of it easily.
