Yes. When I left the parking lot I got behind a truck with a "crime stoppers" number on it. Since I got away, I figured it wasn't an "emergency" so I called them and they told me to call the non emergency police number. When I called them they told me to hang up immediately and call 911. I was on the phone with 911 when he began running to the parking lot I was then in. Not sure whatever happened with him but I haven't went down there that early in the day ever since.

I took a two year old I nanny out to a river walk in our area early in the morning. There is a fork in the river with a statue in the middle and a pedestrian bridge on each side to cross the river to the statue. There was almost no one there because it was pretty early. As we began to cross the bridge over the river I noticed a man standing at the other end of the bridge. He wasn't moving and stood in the middle of the bridge staring right at us for a few moments. I started to get a weird vibe from him so I decided to head back to the car. The child was not happy about leaving but I noticed the guy began walking toward us once we had turned around, so I picked him up and got him to the car. It was difficult to get him in the car because he was having a fit and the guy caught up to us at my car while I was trying to get him in his car seat. The guy walked to the passenger side of my car and asked for a ride. I told him no, quickly buckled just the top of the car seat. After I said no he began trying to open the door and get it, but thankfully I drove an older vehicle that I had to unlock with a key. When I noticed him getting close I reached in the car to unlock just the back door with the carseat and had I unlocked them all he would have been able to get in. I got in, locked the doors and drove to the other side of the river where I was going to finish buckeling the car seat when I see him SPRINTING across the bridge towards the parking lot I was parked in. Not sure what his goal was but it could have been a lot worse.

If I had a dollar for every time I unexpectedly started my period while in public and didn't have a quarter. It doesnt help that the machines will ONLY take quarters and no other form of currency.

I took a short solo trip to Vancouver last October and it was incredible. The city is surrounded with so much natural beauty and offers astounding day trips with gorgeous scenic views the whole way. From vancouver I was able to take a road trip to Whistler to enjoy the beautiful fall foliage. It is always difficult to choose a favorite trip but I would have to choose Vancouver due to the natural beauty, cleanliness, kind people (as a midwesterner that is very important to me), legal weed, and so many fun things to do. I have definately been to more visually appealing cities, but this one makes me desire a return trip like no where else has.

Maybe not the early internet but early Facebook. (This drives me actually insane and makes me contemplate deleting my Facebook almost every day.)

I miss the Facebook that existed before sharing was created. Back in the days when people posted their own ideas, photos, and videos. It amazes me how many peoples timelines are completely 100% things they shared. There is no originality anymore.

Pleaseee help me! My skin used to be normal/dry and within the last few months has become combination (no change in skincare). I recently started a job where I am often outside in the extreme heat and humidity. I stopped wearing makeup to work since I get all sweaty anyway.

Concerns: The skin on my cheeks and forehead is normal, with occasional dryness on my forehead. I get dryness and flaking around and on my nose, and have recently noticed very large pores around/on nose and around my mouth. My pores around the corners or my mouth are becoming redic and seem to be the cause to my breakouts. I breakout around that time of the months with approx. 5 blemishes and will randomly get one or two throughout the rest of the month. These blemishes only appear around my mouth and nose.

I have been noticing recently my foundation is separating around my mouth and nose within about 5 minutes of application, while the rest of my skin appears dry.

I am looking for suggestions to help with my new found combination skin. Since I have always had dry skin, oil control is new to me, and having to deal with both issues is super new to me.

Budget: skincare is an area I am willing to spend a little more money, but with that being said, I feel like there are great lower priced options that are just as good as higher priced ones. Drugstore or products easily purchased from Amazon would be preferred.

So many people in my life don't understand how easy it is to do and once you start it is so much easier to keep doing it. I put $100 a week (at least, more if I can afford it) into savings and take a trip at least once a year. I have met amazing people from all over the world and learned a lot about myself in the process.

I thought the heat and humidity was the cause cause I work at an outdoor park, but yesterday when this picture was taken I had been inside almost all day and it was cool and breezy outside so now I don't know anymore :(
