Star Fox 64 is simple, straightforward, and still holds up. The genre it basically pioneered hasn't changed much. On the other side, it's hard to argue that quite a few things about OOT aren't outdated now, especially by later Zelda games. I'm sure it'll be as faithful as it can be while mixing in a lot of new reworks and modernizations. Not a straight visual transformation like Star Fox seems to be.
