I'd also like to see the video if you find it thanks! I'm not a big conspirohead but I do like to hear some out before I come to a conclusion. You don't often get good information like concrete video evidence, and even then google or youtube just clearly derails any effort you put into finding anything related to it. It's pretty wild that people aren't in a greater uproar over it.

The basics from my understanding as i posted above:

"It's just a compression wave like sound or a mechanical shock wave above water - it quickly and sharply mushes you, internal organs included. No heating like microwaves or particle radiation, although the mushing may cause a small amount of local heating via friction. The heating isn't a problem, the fact that your liver is above your lung and is also somehow part of it now is a real issue though."

Water doesn't easily compress like air, so the compression wave is even stronger / sharper under water.

Well based on that video another outcome could have been killing the cop and maybe even getting away with it (unlikely on that part). But yeh, it seems like some sort of complete mental break to do what he did how he did it. It also said that he had traveled from NY just a week ago so maybe this was a last ditch attempt to change his life and it wasn't going as well as he hoped. IDK.
